This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
The 'sky' is merely a noun we use to describe what we see when we look up.
A Familiar Noise
Mon Nov 16, 2009, 11:15 PM
It amazes me how we preoccupy ourselves. How we immerse ourselves in these caves of noise; the constant droning electrical hum and bustle of society. What amazes me even more is how many people never step out of the caves.
Haven't you ever gone outside to a place of quiet and just stood? Looked at the trees, the sky, the ground? There are cracks in the universe; there are places you can get to that have no set destination, where every curve of a hill, and fall of a leaf, and backlight of a cloud seem to have a meaning you can't decipher; there are glimpses you can find that will make you cry for reasons unexplainable. There's a bench where I met a girl in town. After this encounter, I never thought to look at that bench again. Months later my eyes happened to catch it as we drove by, and something inside me gasped. Now I can't stop looking at it when we pass just to see if my spirit will have the same reaction. I've related to a leaf that fell at the end of my driveway. And yes, you heard me right, a leaf. I cry when we go down the freeway, and have to stop to remember what I saw that triggered the tears - I usually can't find what it was, just that it was beautiful.
All you have to do is open your eyes and really see. If you seek, what will you find? Beauty, pain, truth? It's what makes the heart move. You can find the seemingly significant in the seemingly insignificant, but most people are too asleep to notice.

Tell me, do your hearts not break? For every eye of the passerby laid bare by the ghosts on their face?
